- Our computers or other telecommunication equipment fails or requires maintenance, inspection, or replacement, or interruptions in telecommunications;
- Hacking or other security breach, telecommunication failure, abnormal user activity, our responses to unexpected Service instabilities;
- To protect our community or Services, or if you create risk or legal exposure for us, violate these Terms or our policies, if you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights, or where we are permitted or required to do so by law;
- Force majeure, emergency, power outage, equipment failure, congestion in user traffic, or other situations where it is impractical to provide Services;
- When our substantial management needs, such as financial difficulties, requires it; or

All notices or demands to or upon DAR shall be made in writing and sent to DAR personally, by courier or certified mail, e-mail or phone to DAR:

All notices or demands to or upon a user shall be effective if either delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail, by facsimile or email to the last-known correspondence, fax or email address provided by the user to DAR, or by posting such notice or demand on an area of the site that is publicly accessible without a charge. Notice to a user shall be deemed to be received by such user if and when:
a) DAR is able to demonstrate that communication, whether in physical or electronic form, has been sent to such user, or
b) immediately upon posting such notice on an area of the Site that is publicly accessible without charge.
You agree that all agreements, notices, demands, disclosures and other communications that DAR sends to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that such communication should be in writing.

- Miscellaneous
- If any aspect of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Any amendment or waiver to our agreement must be in writing and signed by us. If we fail to enforce any aspect of this agreement, it will not be a waiver. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
- This agreement does not give rights to any third parties. You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent. Our rights and obligations can be assigned to others. For example, this could occur if our ownership changes (as in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) or by law.
- Our Service is provided “as is,” and we cannot guarantee it will be safe and secure or will work perfectly all the time. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ALSO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- We also do not control what people and others do or say, and we are not responsible for their (or your) actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or content (including unlawful or objectionable content). We also are not responsible for services and features offered by other people or companies, even if you access them through our Service.
- Our responsibility or liability for anything that happens on the Service is limited as much as the law will allow. If there is an issue with our Service, we cannot know what all the possible impacts might be. You agree that we will not be responsible or liable for any lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms, even if we know they are possible. This includes when we delete your content, information, or account.
- These Terms and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without giving effect to conflict of laws provisions. In case of any dispute or claim between the parties arising out of or related to this Agreement, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute or claim.
